Good flowers.
A better plan.
Turn your arrangements into a flower order,
then a make list.

Save a copy before leaving.
What are you making?
One recipe per design. Set how many you need.
Start with a sample. These recipes, pack sizes and prices are illustrative. Replace them with your tested design and confirmed quotes.
after usable stock
Need a new flower? It will be available to every recipe.
Buy the same plan, two ways.
Enter confirmed pack sizes and prices. Shared varieties feed every recipe.
Count usable stems, not buckets. Existing stock reduces the order only after reserve is added. Separate colours, grades and substitutions into their own varieties.
Check the selling unit. A bunch is not always ten stems. Weight-based bunches need a confirmed count before this planner can model them. Read the pack-size guide.
Changing the currency relabels your prices. It does not convert them.
The order. And the work after it.
Compare whole supplier orders, then divide the flowers by arrangement.
Flower subtotals only. Delivery, tax, labour and supplies are excluded. No live quotes or currency conversion.

Purchase breakdown
Reserve is planned protection. Pack surplus is what full-pack rounding adds.
Your make list
Set aside each batch after receiving and conditioning. Reserve and pack surplus stay unassigned.
Before the first arrangement
Check the delivery against your order, record usable stems and condition the flowers. If counts or substitutions change, update the recipes and stock before using this make list.
