One shared variety, across every arrangement

The worksheet combines each flower variety across recipes, adds your chosen contingency, subtracts usable stock and rounds the remaining need to each supplier's pack size. It compares two complete orders using prices you enter. Pack surplus is kept separate from contingency so the same spare stems are not counted twice.

The starting wedding is an illustrative example, not a florist's recommendation or a supplier quote. Replace its recipes, pack units, stock and prices with your own. Read the calculation contract and primary references for the exact rounding rules.

Where judgment remains

Flower size, grade, colour, substitution suitability, conditioning and stem losses depend on your event and supplier. The calculator does not predict those outcomes. Subtotals exclude delivery, taxes, labour and supplies. Changing the selected currency relabels prices; it does not convert them.
