StemOrder Studio runs its calculations and JSON imports locally. It has no account system or plan-upload endpoint.

What the worksheet stores

Your current plan lives in the open browser tab's memory. There is no automatic browser storage or server save. Refreshing or closing the page discards edits. Save plan downloads a JSON copy to the location your browser uses; Load plan reads only the file you choose. CSV and print exports are initiated by you.

Loading a plan, loading the wedding example or resetting replaces the current worksheet. Save first if you need the old version. A failed import leaves the current worksheet intact. Plan imports are limited to 1 MB and validated before replacement.

Requests to the website

The hosting provider receives ordinary page and asset requests, which may include IP address, requested path, browser information and operational or security logs. Retention and processing depend on the provider's configured policies. Plan contents, event names, prices and imported filenames are not put in URLs or telemetry by this application.

Fonts and scripts are served with the site. This build sets no application cookies and includes no analytics, advertising or third-party font requests. Your browser and any installed extensions remain outside this application's control.

Downloads and external links

Downloaded plans and worksheets can contain event names and supplier prices. Keep them where you intend to store them. Printing uses your browser and selected printer or PDF destination. Source and publisher links take you to other sites with their own privacy practices.

Policy reflects the local static build reviewed October 31, 2026. Domain deployment and hosting settings require verification when the site is published. Publisher information is maintained on the publisher site.

Production hosting

These pages are hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare. Hosting may set security cookies such as __cf_bm and process ordinary request metadata to protect and deliver the website. These hosting functions are separate from the application and do not receive the files or worksheet inputs processed locally. Hosting notice reviewed November 1, 2026.
